We are very much happy to release the v1.1.8 Stable version of JoomBri Freelance.

One of the greatest addition to this version is the Facebook Connect feature. Users can simply sign-in using their Facebook Account.

Apart from this, admins can have more control over the interaction between their site members. Yes, it is now possible to manage Private Messages from backend. 

The other minor features are,

• Buyers can download Non Disclosure Agreement when the project is closed.
• Confirm message is shown when freelancer accept/deny/retract bids and when buyer delete projects.
• Check fund is split for Buyers and Freelancers.
• Duration (remaining/past) now shows years and months.

This is a minor release of JoomBri Freelance.

What's New?

The important update in this version is added compatibility with JomSocial social extension. We have added a new JomSocial Activity Stream which adds the activities when a new project is posted or when there are new bids for projects.

The other minor improvements are budget range validation while placing bids and restrict sending outbid notification Emails for Sealed Projects.

What's New?

• In this version, search form has been added on List of Users page that can be shown or hidden. This enables to search for freelancers or buyers.
• Profit summary at back-end shows Profit From Subscriptions.
• Admin can Release/Cancel Escrow from back-end. In case of any disputes, admin can take control over the transfer of funds between users.
• Project will not be submitted if the balance is insufficient and hence form data will not be lost.
• Admin can generate invoice from back-end.
• A new module JoomBri Balance has been added to show the balance of the current user.

What's New?

Yet another dot version of JoomBri Freelance 1.1.5 Stable released. It is now possible to limit number of projects for Buyers based on their membership. Similarly, Freelancers can also be restricted to limited number of bids. If they have exceeded their limit, they will be prompted to renew/upgrade their membership.

Dot version 1.1.4 Stable of JoomBri Freelance released. The notable feature of this release is Database Optimisation. This option takes care of deleted users from Joomla user table which removes corresponding users from the JoomBri tables.

This version has also addressed an important security related issue, i.e., downloading file over PHP. In the older versions, files attached to Projects, Portfolios and Private Messages are downloaded directly. It's possible for hackers to maliciously inject PHP file and execute it. To solve this, files are sent over PHP which takes care of downloading the file.

Project filter added to List of Project menu to filter project from a particular category.

Minor version 1.1.3 Stable of JoomBri Freelance released. In this version, one of the long-time feature request to skip the Plan Selection page during the registration has been added. We have also address so that the checkout page is not shown for free plans.

1.1.2 Stable version of JoomBri Freelance released. Although much features are not added, this version is just an improvement to the previous version 1.1.1 Stable.

This version has added feature to show Real Names insted of Usernames. Freelancers and buyer can generate invoice for the project commission paid.

Apart from the above two new features, the currencies (system wide) are formatted using a single utility function; therefore, much of the repetitive codes have been removed. Another great head-ache issue - Itemid has also been addressed in this version by replacing form action index.php to JRoute::_('index.php')

What's New?

We are very much delighted to release1.1.1 Stable version of JoomBri Freelance. The major feature added to this version is Disussion Forum or Public Clarification Board. It appears on every project detail page and the content of the forum will be visible to the public. But only the project owner and the freelancers who have already bid on the project are allowed to add messages to the board.

The messages are added instantly using AJAX request. A notification email is also sent to all members who have participated in the forum.
