How to download your software

Right after you purchase JoomBri Freelance license/membership, you may straight-away click on the download link.

To download a copy of the installer, head on to http://www.joombri.in/downloads and the link to download our component will be available.

In your download page, you can:

  • Download the latest version of JoomBri (component, modules & plugins).
  • Check your expiry date.

Will my site look exactly like your demo site if I buy your membership?

We are the developer of JoomBri Freelance extension only. The template used on our demo site is for illustration purpose only and it's a third-party extension. Our standard license does not include any third party extensions like templates, components, etc.

Can I upgrade from Standard License to Professional Installation License?

If you have chosen the Standard license and want to switch to Professional license, you need to raise the request within 10 days of purchase of the standard license. For example, if you have purchased the standard license on April 1, 2014 and you want to upgrade to Professional license, the request must be made on or before 10 April, 2014. If the request is made within 10 days of purchase, the entire amount of standard license will be refunded. If the request is made after 10 days, the amount will be refunded based on number of days the standard license has been used. Of course, you need to pay for the Professional license.

Where is your documentation?

You may view our documentation at http://docs.joombri.in

Is your source code encoded?

No. No part of our source code is encoded. You will have access to every line of the code which you can hack to your liking. The only restriction is that you are not allowed to redistribute the changes.

If I buy JoomBri now, will I be able to download new updates as they become available in the future?

Upgrades will be inclusive whilst you are subscribed to our plans (as long as it is active), this includes all major and minor releases. The script/extension however, will never expire.

What will happen if my subscription is expired?

After the expiry of your subscription, our extension will continue to work without any expiry. But you will neither be able to download any future updates nor gain access to our support forum or any support questions through email. The support you pay for will be utilized for future development of our JoomBri Project. We thank you for your understanding.

I thought the software was free. Why am I being asked to pay?

The software is GNU/GPL. You are paying for the online help and support for the membership and for future development of JoomBri.

Does JoomBri do any "Call home" for license checking ?

No. JoomBri does not make any 'home' call to our server or any other server.

What you get when you purchase our membership?

  • Ability to download only our JoomBri extensions (but not any third-party extensions like templates, components, etc), you need a user account and pay the Registration Fee using the secure PayPal payment gateway. But don't worry - we only charge you for a fixed amount of time (no recurring billing) and what you pay for is only the access to this site. The software that you download will work regardless of your membership validity.
  • Ability to receive an undisclosed 1-to-1 session with our support team for any technical queries only via our forum. Note that our support will be provided only in English.

Where is the download link for JoomBri extension?

  • Once you have registered and completed the payment process, the download link for any or all of our components will be available. At the moment we have introduced our first component i.e JoomBri component.

License

All our software is GNU/GPL licensed and can be used on any number of servers. It doesn't phone home, no backlinks or referrers except to a reference to our site JoomBri.in

You'll get access to our software and updates for a certain amount of time with all of our memberships - of course, the software will not stop working when your membership runs out!

Refund Policy

Unlike physical goods, electronically distributed softwares can be easily duplicated. Once you have made the purchase, the sale is final and cannot be returned or refunded. (Please carefully evaluate our demo site before purchasing our membership)

We strictly do not refund if,

  • You find that our extension (components / modules / plugins) doesn't suit your needs.
  • You change your mind or you choose not to use our product.
  • You experience script conflicts with other 3rd party software connected or installed on your Joomla website.
  • You are dissatisfied for any reason.
  • You found a bug.

We will no longer be obliged to entertain any refund as we are following a strict guidelines to the release of our software.

Changes

JoomBri! may at any time, without notice and in its sole discretion, can modify this policy from time to time. Please review this policy periodically. Your continued use of JoomBri website after any such amendments signifies your acceptance thereof.
