JoomBri Careers 5.8: New Features and Improvements

We’re excited to announce the release of JoomBri Careers 5.8, packed with enhancements designed to improve the user experience and provide greater flexibility for both employers and job seekers. Here’s a breakdown of the key features and improvements:

  1. Enhanced Applicant Management Employers can now categorize job applications more efficiently. New labels such as Keep in View, Shortlisted, Accepted, and Rejected have been added, allowing for better organization and streamlined decision-making.

  2. Company Logo on Job Descriptions To strengthen branding and improve the job-seeker experience, company logos will now be displayed directly on the job description pages. This feature helps job seekers connect more easily with the companies they are applying to.

  3. Advanced Filters for Job Listings and Applications The frontend now includes advanced filters on the My Jobs and Applications pages. These filters make it easier for employers and applicants to manage and navigate through job listings and applications based on specific criteria.

  4. Improved UI with Fancy Select Dropdowns The user interface has received a sleek upgrade with the integration of Fancy Select dropdowns powered by the Choices.js library. This enhancement replaces standard dropdowns, making selections more interactive and visually appealing.

  5. Backend Table Customization A new feature has been added to the backend, enabling users to toggle table columns for better customization and easier data management.

  6. Multiselect Issue Resolved in the Backend We’ve fixed the multiselect issue in the backend to ensure smooth functionality, improving user experience when managing multiple selections.

  7. Fixed Download ID Issue An issue with setting the Download ID in the backend has been resolved, ensuring accurate file downloads and smoother operations.

  8. Code Optimization & CSS Enhancements The codebase has been optimized following Joomla’s coding standards, ensuring better performance and maintainability. Additionally, minor CSS fixes have been applied to enhance the visual layout and user experience.
